JUNIOR AND YOUTH CLASSES:

Junior Classes (Ages 5 -  7) are held Monday through Friday 4:00 - 5:00 P.M.

Youth Classes (Ages 8 - 13) are held Monday through Friday 5:00 - 6:15 P.M.

A mixed age-group class is held on Saturday 10:00 - 11:30 A.M.

ADULT CLASSESS: 

Adult Karate Classes (Ages 13 and up) are held Monday and Wednesday 7:00 - 9:00 P.M.

Conditioning Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 - 8:00 P.M.

Adult training with Sensei Ken is scheduled for every other Sunday and the training location will alternate between the Brandon dojo and the Zephyrhills dojo. Please check the event schedule for time and location.

The fee for karate classes is $80 per month.
